Graduated!

As a person who loathed running and could only jog for 10 minutes at a time of a treadmill, I’ve finally finished and loving the feeling after a longer run!! I’m slow but stamina was always my downfall but my rugby coach has already noticed the difference! Now to keep it up is the real test!!

Congratulations!

Congratulations on playing rugby too. It looks like such a scary game to a wuss like me.

I've set my sights on getting to 10K gradually and not worrying about speed at all. That has given me new motivation. The fact that my speed has already increased slightly over my shorter runs, just because I've continued running 2-3 times a week is also enouraging me to keep going.

Congratulations! Well done... keep going and that stamina will continue to build... edge it out longer a little on one of your runs and you should see speed coming on your other runs... maybe have a day where you run 15 minutes but faster too. There are many plans and programmes out there to help. Check the pinned links for some what next ideas.

Well done... if your rugby coach can see the difference that’s good... he doesn’t see you run 30 minutes, but lots of short bursts... you’re probably faster and obviously in better condition towards the end. Great stuff.

Fantastic! Many congratulations. 😄

I made a new playlist to celebrate and used it to consolidate 30 min runs for a few weeks.
