Well done! This is my next run (hopefully tomorrow) so it's very encouraging to hear from someone who's done it.
Keep on keeping on!

Well done for completing the first of the last six runs. Usually after I complete a run, despite how hard it was for me, I feel a sense of accomplishment.πππ½

Well sad to report I failed wk8 r 1, disaster from the off, I parked up and realised I hadnβt changed in to my running trainers, I tied my daily ones as tight as I could but it wasnβt the same, also as it was a longer run I changed my route not realising a stretch of about 750m was all stones and pot holes so when I got back to the airfield I had sore knees, ankles, hips, I tried to struggle on and got to about 24 minutes but had to stop running and walked back to the car. So I know they say take a days rest but thatβs not me, better prepared this time I took the right shoes, I adjusted the route again to stay on a cycle path and I nailed it, roll on Friday to do it again.
