Really well done Scoobysghost. I wish I could do morning runs - but I know at the moment there is absolutely no chance. Evenings are working for me at the moment between 20:30 and 21:00 to get out there - won't work for everyone but it does for me at the moment.
I did W8R2 last night and it was 'easier' than R1 - I found the last 10mins hard going.
The important thing - you nearly gave up - but didn't. You are smashing it well done!
Thanks for that. Not exactly smashing it though, seem to be getting gradually slower, but still chuffed I’ve not stopped.

“Nearly stopping” is “not stopping but having the mental challenge and winning”. Much better for building your future capabilities than a boring old easy run 😉
Don’t quit. just stop, let your breathing normalise then press on. Go nice and steady. No hurry 🙂👍
