So I did my first run on Saturday and off for run 2 this morning. Getting lots of encouragement from OH who is a keen runner (he’s actually doing London Marathon next year!). He just asked if I’m excited - I’d say apprehensive more like, but it will be a good feeling when I’m done. It’s nice to spend time outside too 👍

👍👍👍 Well done for starting. The encouragement will be helpful but don't get into competition. Stay slow and don't fear what's coming up. It's a great programme and has made runners (not all up to marathon standard though) out of lots of us.

Enjoy the journey. 😊😊😊😊

Thanks! I don’t think I’ll ever be mad enough to try to compete with him 😂 it was good today, better than Saturday. Looking forward to seeing how the next one goes 👍

Just finished w1r2 also, felt better than Saturday, and loving the buzz afterwards! Dragging my teenager with me so win win!

Well done on your run today. 👍🏻

Yes I felt better after this one too! I’m interested to see what happens to my body next time. It’s great you’re bringing your teenager along! Well done to you too - we can do this 💪💪
