Week 6 Run 1

Thanks for the advice I received about completing all of the runs in week 6. Having completed the 20 min run at the end of week 5 I couldn't see the point in going back to short runs but for whatever reason I would have found it difficult to do 20 mins continuous today - psychological maybe? Forgot to do my stretches before I started which didn't help. I will stick to the schedule which is tried and tested rather than trying to 'shortcut'.

Good idea craftysue66, everything in the programme is there for a purpose.

Brill! Much as it’s tempting to skip a run, the programme knows best!

Good for you for sticking to it, and good luck with the rest of your journey. Sounds like your smashing it! 👏👏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
