For some reason I was a bit nervous embarking on the last leg.... I kept having to tell myself it’s only 2 minutes more than last week! Made me realise that so much about running is psychology. Forums like this are so helpful for giving that boost, especially if you run alone like me! So glad I found it.

Made a real effort to make sure I drank plenty beforehand, I’m sure that made a big difference to the dreaded heavy legs. Even managed a 60sec sprint at the end today (a first!!) 💪

Well done - you are nearly there. I've done W7R1 and find the time daunting but at least when you've done it once you know you can do it again.

Exactly. And I’ve also now come to terms with that fact that not all runs feel the same anyway! Water definitely helped today I’m sure, that and allowing my mind to just drift! Good luck with W7!

Never felt there was anything ‘left in the tank’ before (even with Jo in my ear gently suggesting it!) but it just felt the right time. Must have been in a high! 😂
