For some reason I was a bit nervous embarking on the last leg.... I kept having to tell myself it’s only 2 minutes more than last week! Made me realise that so much about running is psychology. Forums like this are so helpful for giving that boost, especially if you run alone like me! So glad I found it.
Made a real effort to make sure I drank plenty beforehand, I’m sure that made a big difference to the dreaded heavy legs. Even managed a 60sec sprint at the end today (a first!!) 💪
