Very tough and I’m not sure about the quality but, headphones in, I followed Laura’s instructions to the letter. I was very disciplined in making sure I kept the running phases as slow as possible because I had big doubts about completing. But I did it! Woohoo!

Quality? I really hope no-one's judging our techniques! Seriously, though, congratulations on starting the plan and good luck with the rest of it. Sounds like you'll do just fine, but there really is no quality control. Just be yourself x
Well done on your first run of Couch25k!👍 Yes, you are absolutely right about keeping it slow and steady - the important bit is to try and run each interval, as this is what will start to build your fitness up. Good luck - you will be amazed at where this programme can lead you - if, like so many of us - you get the running bug!🙂
Woo hoo indeed!!!!! Congratulations on taking the first life changing step, congratulations on your first run and congratulations on finding this wonderful forum...keep posting, we all like to hear how everyone’s getting on...don’t even think about technique, what you’ve done is amazing
