Wow! 9 weeks ago I never thought I would get this far.... I didnβt actually think Iβd manage the 3 mins runs let alone running for a whole 30 mins.... although today I ran for 35 because I accidentally pulled out my headphones and didnβt realise the app had paused π€¦πΌββοΈ I only realised because I had gone past half way without recognition from Sarah.
If anyone reading this is just starting out, you can do this... if I can anyone can! Slay the gremlins (thatβs the voice in your head that tells you not to bother and you should be at home eating cake π°)

Iβm going to keep running as Iβve not managed the 5k in 30 mins yet... but I will let you know when I do! Also looking forward to some more treadmill runs and park runs too!

I was exactly the same and those people are now Week 6 bridge to 10k π³ that wonβt be me, I want to hit 5k in 30 mins first and then weβll see π

My Gremlins started around week 6/7 I think it was the thought of the long runs, I change my route and made sure that my playlist was tracks that kept my pace. As soon as I started to think about turning round and going home I said no, we are doing this and kept going... by half way I was fine π
