Well that’s done I have done it I have ran for 30 min and including my warm up and cool down I even did 5K.

I had a really good run got 3pbs and lowered my pace all good in fact bloody excellent I feel on top of the world😀🍾🎉.

What happens next is there another app or are we on our own now??
