Well it didn’t start well, my Bluetooth headphones died during the warm up walk 🤦♀️ so I had to carry my phone with Sarah Millican on speaker. Then I chose a route which meant my last five minute run was slightly uphill. But despite a lingering cold making breathing a bit rubbish (and running, scarlet-faced and sweaty, past my next door neighbour in the final run) I managed to finish all the runs and sort feel like a runner now as I’m now running more than walking. Feel pretty proud of myself as someone who has always said “I can’t run”. This programme really does work!
