So I just went for W4R1. It was 1°C, but I kept to my thin fleece shirt with bodywarmer over it and it was still warm enough. I actually kinda like running in the cold. I wore my buff over nose and mouth, which helped against the cold in throat and mouth. The fact I look like a weirdo, well I don't know all those people I passed, so 😜
The run went rather well, kept to my 'nearly slow jogging pace'. I did make a mistake in the middle though. I use the C25K app from Zenlabs as the one you all use is not compatible with my phone. And in the middle of the run the app told me I was in the middle. I thought thzt meant to start running again. 1 minute after I hear 'start running'. Ow ok well I'll just keep running then 😂. Now I know for the next 2 runs.
I did get a slight ache in my loin/groin area? Where the leg attaches to the body? This was on my right side during my last 5 minutes. I could continue, but it wasn't a pleasant feeling.
On to the next run! I wish I could run every day, but no no I know. I keep to the rest days...
