Started week 2 yesterday and pleased with myself! Think I am going to keep a photo diary of my journey - I look less beetroot than last week!
I listened to Sanjeev every time he said to slow down - and tried the breathing techniques, I definitely felt less out of breath and more in control-the 90 seconds actually passed very quickly!!!!
So all in all a fab start to week 2, not feeling bad at all today so out again tomorrow 😃

The support is great!!! I previously did a different c25k app years ago but changed to this one purely for a more familiar voice to train me!!!
I love the extra encouragement Sanjeev gives me but what I absolutely love and find amazing is this support group and you guys-never knew it existed!!!
