A great end to a great graduation day 😁😍 A few things I ordered arrived two days early! More leggings for those colder months, and an armband to try for my phone which hopefully saves me wearing a belt bag which is starting to annoyingly fall down. Yes, I’m not one for colour... Even my Brooks are black πŸ˜‚

Good day for you Sonia52, you say that you graduated today, in that case, congratulations, get your badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message in the Pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked October C25K home page by telling the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, interesting about your belt falling down, could be because of the amount of running you are doing, your waist is thinning. 😊

I already left a message earlier, but can do again. I’m already petit but a thinner waist sounds good and you could be right 😊 The adjustable elastic band is now slipping through the buckles so getting loose, I am tempted to sew some stitches to stop it happening again. Also I get hot running and starting to find the extra weight annoying. I threw my hoody off from being tied on my waist onto the ground to collect later on during one parkrun...

But yes, interestingly I gained 4 pounds at first starting C25k due to muscle gain, but now it has fallen off again and I’m starting to become lighter! I have always ate healthily but now I find I have to eat more and have even started protein drinks

When I started C25K my weight was around 11 stone/70 kilograms, recently I weighed myself and was 10stone 7lbs, 67 kilograms, now I have not gone on a special diet, I still go to Burger King once every 3 weeks and have a Chicken Burger from my local Indian restaurant every Monday evening around 9 o'clock.

I started C25K as it says on my profile as a extension to my exercise regime, not an ambition to run a 10K,10 mile, half or full marathon, once I graduated from C25K I thought "OK let's try for 10K", but that's as far as I'm going to run, I have now ran 3/10K's, I am not too knackered after those runs but tens are enough for me. 😊 πŸƒ

I would be quite happy just to be able to run a full 5k (especially on park runs) and with ease at the moment. My goal being to improve my fitness levels and to tone up an ageing body. Though close friends say it is quite addictive and I will be going for 10k next!

I thought it would be good for the gym too. But I only have little arms and even an iPhone SE feels big across my arm! πŸ˜‚
