Just done my last week 2 run. I was a bit downhearted after my 2nd run as I found that quite hard. This one was better and I ran further. What I’ve learnt, for me anyway, is that time isn’t important. Just making sure I complete it is what matters. A few months ago, I’d have given up halfway round and got a taxi home...😜
A bit nervous for week 3. That 3 minute run is looking a bit ominous.... Onwards and upwards....

Great running - well done. Try not to doubt you can manage the step up between weeks - it's amazing what your body can do that your mind thinks it can't 😊
