Norfolk is NOT flat

So now I’m a runner I was determined to run whilst away on holiday

1st week in Norfolk - looked at various routes from our location and found a 30min - “mostly flat” run

Turns out they lied!!!

Persevered and completed run 3 times this week - improving time each run

Lmao... maybe they built a new hill? Or they’re Norfolk n good at measuring elevation.

Well done.

They definitely have some problems measuring judging by some of the road signs we’ve passed in the past week

Cathsykes, good on you for doing a run in Norfolk. I’m sure those inclines were tough but you faced it like a trooper. It means that you pushed yourself and made it! You haven’t said how difficult it was but you did say you had improved. 🙌🏾👍🏽

Difficult!!! When I walked up the hills with hubby on a walk I realised what an incline it was- opted not to do the long incline on the third run!! Ran 4x round a sports ground to get time / distance instead

Hubby just told me there’s no rush to leave here tomorrow so I can do a run before I leave if I want - we’re off to Suffolk do I gamble that it’s flatter there or do a route I know????, decisions decisions!!!

Am always amazed that you can walk a route and it feels completely flat. Then you run it!!!!! 🤪🤪🤪

We walked the route on Sunday - it was VERY up and down I was amazed I’d run it tbh!!
