I was just pondering that ! I'm going to be in Norfolk for a week and was wondering if I'll be able to access the app ? No mobile reception where my friend lives ...

The One You Couch to 5k app? That will continue to work without any Internet access. You can test this by activating airplane mode on your mobile and you should see all works fine.

Coincidentally I will probably be doing part of week 9 in Norfolk in a couple of weeks myself!

I know how easy it would be for me not to carry on while I'm with my friend in Norfolk ... but ! I'm seriously psyching myself up to do

it !

I WILL DO IT !

I was also determined my Spanish holiday wasn't going to stop me! I managed two runs in 9 days which was less than I wanted but pleased I did something.

I live just outside Norwich and use a dual sim phone. The "E" network is pretty good the "Virgin" network poor. However, go a few miles north and neither get a signal 😢. I do get a good GPS signal so tracking is pretty reliable, and as A.M.H. says the app should work with no signal.

Enjoy Norfolk 😁

Also going to be in Norfolk in the coming week - getting ready for some post graduate dune running . Internet reception on the coast is at best a bit sketchy. But the C25K app works without it.

Enjoy your runs!

I’m in Norfolk too, app works fine. Strava logs my route, tho sometimes there’s a bit of discrepancy in distance. I run in woods so reckon that’s why. Enjoy Norfolk! 😊

As others have said, once the app is on your phone you'll be able to use it anywhere so no excuses for skipping a run 😉 Make the most of it by enjoying different scenery from your usual running route 👟👟
