Being flat footed means you have low arches on the base of your feet. By having a gait analysis, before being fitted for proper running shoes at a specialist running shop, you should be offered only shoes providing appropriate support for your feet.

Dont be put off starting the programme. It's fabulous and virtually anyone can do it. Flat footed or not!
