It took me a while to get motivated and start the plan but I'm off!!
I thought the runs would get really hard towards the end but I think they got slightly easier. I probably looked like a new born foal when I was running but onwards and upwards.

Well done... that’s the hardest one ticked off. Strange huh? The first minute is the hardest usually as people go too fast.
Good job today... take that I did it feeling and keep that motivation up... legs will catch up with your will to do it pretty soon.
