Hello, my name is Lee, I've just completed W1R1 AGAIN and boy was it hard!

I've done the whole C25K but since being ill for 5-6 weeks boy was this morning hard work, my breathing was good but my chest is still crapped up.

I did vary my speed a little to take the above into account to make sure I could breathe, which always helps when you're running or even living ;)

So that's W1R1 in the bag again, I wonder if I'll get a double Graduate badge if I redo the entire program?

Another day of 'hill walking' tomorrow to keep pushing forward.

Happy running.

If you are still really convalescent then I'd suggest making it a gentle hill walk. No point 'pushing' if it just rolls you right back to the bottom.

Bravo on W1 round 2... I have had a month off before now but way too scared to go back to W1, I just tootle out and do a slow 20 minutes, 30 if if feels really good.

Well done. So was it only 6 weeks ago you graduated? Maybe you can just do a week 2 run next etc?

Well done Lee.

As CatMo13 says, you could try a Week 2, run and then a Week 3 run etc. until you find your level. I would be surprised if you could not manage a Week 3 run, but it all depends how much your illness has taken out of you.

Keep running, keep smiling.

To be honest, at times it feels like it hit me really hard, I'll see how the next few days go and then may try a week 2, then week 3, etc,
