Yayyy finally did it! So pleased and feel a great sense of achievement to complete my W9R3. Not gonna lie it was a little hard again at the begin knees shins aching but once I got past that it wasnβt too bad. Think I need a new pair of trainers now though! Good luck to all those who are either starting midway or at the end of C25K keep it up youβll get there. If I can do it so can you. ππππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈ

+1 from me, 18 months ago I was 21 stone and got out of breath running a bath! This morning I did a shade over 6k in 40 minutes, so I can state with some certainty that it works!
Congratulations. Well done.
Graduated!!! πππ well done!
Itβs such an achievement!
I graduated just yesterday and we had the best time ever!
We had a little party on here - or at least it felt like that!
Treat yourself! - new running shoes sound perfect! π ππ

Whoopee!.. Well done!... such a fab achievement! You must be so chuffed!
I graduated yesterday too - and had shameless celebrations at the finish line as the photos show!.. We had Fizz and popped the cork as soon as we crossed!....
I know what you mean re the niggly legs/shins.... My back and my legs weren't the best Thursday - I had ice packs on my legs as had read it is good for them...
See you in the consolidations?..
ps. Treat yourself to a pair of running shoes - they really do make all the difference!...
congrats fellow graduate! (Iβm on first consolidation tomorrow). I was thinking βnew shoes too - a treat for getting this far!
