I feel like I’m loosing the plot, I thought when I originally looked that week 5 was a continuous run and now it’s interval! Has it changed?

The first two runs of both week 5 and week 6 are interval runs and the third run of each week is a continuous run. Week 5 is the first week where the runs are all different. If you look at wk5r3 you will see it's one 20 minute run.

Awe thank you, will be nice to mix it up during the week, this is the third time I’ve attempted the couch to 5k and just completed wk3 run1 with so much more ease than I ever expected. Never got passed week 1 before

Keep at it and you'll do great. I ran for 20 minutes on Friday and never thought that would be possible. This programme is fab. Enjoy!

I think W5 it's 3 different runs; starts with intervals then ends as a continuous 20', so I guess it depends which you looked at.

The 'official' NHS C25K runs are shown in this wall-chart:

docs.google.com/spreadsheet...

You can see (as mentioned by others) that Week 5 is the first time that the runs are all different.
