Amazingly it does work and altho you will feel tired you will feel so proud at your achievement and how far you have come!
I thought exactly the same! You can totally do it thou, if I can you can! Take it slow and steady and you'll be fine!
I just started W5 Run 1. It was hard going and legs felt heavy. I’m dubious about even eight mins even more so about 20 but putting my faith in the programme!
Snap! I’ve also got that run today ... I’m even trying to think of a flatter route to give myself the best chance.
