So week 4 successfully completed (surprised myself) and time to psych myself up for wk5! I'm not too worried about R1 but a bit concerned with R2 and terrified of R3! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ As I didn't think I'd manage wk4 though, I'm cautiously optimistic about this week. Any hints or tips gratefully accepted 🀩

My mantra from a t-shirt I bought is 'actually I can' now to believe in myself...

There have been a few of us who’ve completed W5 this week. I personally think it’ll be the one I’ll look back on with the most pride - plus it’s really enjoyable!

Just stick with the slow and steady theme and you’ll smash it!

Good luck! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»

Just finished w5 this morning, still buzzing πŸ˜€

If you've made it this far then your body is ready for it. Just keep positive, run slow and steady and don't give up!

You've done week 4 and you're all set to complete week 5, trust the programme it works!

I did my wk5r3 yesterday so I know how good it feels afterwards and I can still walk today.

Happy running πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
