Week 7 done. Felt good again. It was drizzling this morning and made the mistake of putting my jacket on - I started overheating after 5 minutes 😂 and ended up looking like a Belisha Beacon. Bring on week 8 🤛

Well done! I'm taking a week off as ankle not great still and think I made it worse doing the big wk5r3 on Friday so need to give myself time to properly heal. Then will probably repeat that run.
