Finished week 7 last night. Didn't really enjoy the last run as much as the others but completed it anyway. Two more weeks to go, I really am gonna miss the app and the forum when /if i graduate, you are all so helpful and encouraging. Thank you 🤩

Bridge to 10k forum next if that is something you're interested in. Nearly there and you'd have achieved graduation. Some runs don't feel as good as others but it's all miles in the tank and that is what'll get you over the line.
