1st park run

Good morning fellow runners did first park run yesterday I loved it great atmosphere the setting was lovely Sherwood pines Nottinghamshire . Did it in 36 mins not fast but I did come 1st in my age category 55-59 . Happy running keep up the good work xxx

Parkrun is brilliant, and addictive. We had visitors this weekend so I couldn’t do it - frustrating! 36 minutes is a pretty respectable time for a C25Ker, nice going!

Wow, well done you. I wouldn’t expect to come 1st in any category especially in the first Parkrun so what a confidence boost.

Did you do it on your own? I’m not far off graduating but not sure I’m brave enough to try a Parkrun......not yet!!

Good morning I did the park run with my neighbour he was doing his 50th park run but he hadn't been for 3 months he needed a push to go and I felt ready to give it a go . I really enjoyed the experience . When your ready give it a go 😊
