Hi all as promised I did it I finished the C25K plan at Hastings parkrun With a time of 29.53. I can’t believe it. from gasping having run for three mins and all the times the good folk on these pages talked me through the hardest parts. I want to say a massive Thank you to you all 👍👍👍👍👍😀

Hastings is my local parkrun too so I'll be joining in, in a few weeks as I'm on week 7.

Thanks. That’s great you will really enjoy it. I was a bit apprehensive about it but this was my third and it’s a really enjoyable flat course. Maybe the running not so much but the before and after is excellent it feels much less difficult running with other people. the fast ones disappear at the beginning and then you find a level where you are running with folk of your own ability no pressure, many people mix it up running and walking just like the C25K app. All the best with your last few C25K runs keep us informed of how it goes 😀
