So today was the day that nearly wasn’t! This morning I had a complete technological meltdown with my phone. Long story short I had to restore the phone and lost all of my progress on the C25K app 😱
Totally gutted I wasted most of the morning sorting it out and had to start the app again. Luckily I found that I was able to fast forward through the 26 runs I’d already completed and got myself back to W9R3 😁
Finally got to the gym and started running, should have realised by the way things were going today it was going to be one of those runs, a few minutes in and my legs felt like lead. Up until now I hadn’t had to repeat any of the runs so I sure as hell wasn’t going to let my graduation run be the one that beat me.
It seems to take forever to get to 15 minutes but at least that’s half way. Just got to keep going one foot in front of the other and remember to breathe! There’s only 10 minutes left now, the hard work’s done, then there’s only 5 minutes and just like that Jo is counting down the last 60 seconds.
Finally it’s all over and I get to call myself a C25K graduate 🏃♀️ 🎓
Thanks to all the wonderful people on this forum for your inspiration, support and motivation🥇

Congratulations fellow Graduate, well done and I hope you will continue to run, you have done the hard work, now the fun can start with you deciding what you want to do next
Lots of opportunities now, a few weeks consolidation required first. Hopefully I can use the time to transition from the gym to running in the wild 🌲 🌦🌋
Congrats! Here, have one of my Krispy Kreme graduation donuts. That's what I'm looking forward to. 🍩 By the time I graduate, they should have their special Hallowe'en donuts available. LOL.
Mm a Krispy Kreme graduation donut 🍩 thank you very much 👍🏻 We’ll all be there to share the hallowe’en 🎃 ones with you, just keep going one week at a time and you’ll be there before you know it
