Great job. You may not be the fittest, but you got through it, and it is a shock to the system. Enjoy the next week... that fitness will come faster than you think.
First mission is get to 30 minutes, which you will. At that stage if you havenβt hit 5k, youβre capable of extending the run to get it. 5k is a long way if youβve not run 400 yards in years, or indeed ever, but it is achievable.
No one is fit when they start this. I am a snail, slow and steady I'll never win the race but I'll keep going until I finish. Mellow out, take it slow and enjoy, it's the best thing you'll ever do. Good luck π€ π
