I’m a graduate! Who said that 😀 and just completed my first park run. Started with my 5 mins warm up with Mr Smooth and got to end of 5k just as he said to slow down to a walk so I had to walk round the park bandstand! Now off for a well earned cup of tea! Oh and did I say I’m a graduate 🏅

Yep grinning like a Cheshire Cat was so nervous joining all those runners but so pleased I did. I ran my own run and my happy pace too even when I was being lapped!
