Woohoo! Graduation run and PB!

My graduation run felt quite tough, but no wonder - I had knocked loads off my mins per k! Feeling good on so many levels - I’m sure you’ll understand 😀. Snails are still not at risk of being overtaken, but my progress has been very gratifying. I don’t really think I expected to manage this, but I did, so anyone can! Thanks for all the marvellous support on here - I think that’s the true secret of C25K. And Michael Johnston’s pretty good company too😉
