Eek, week five, day three

Hi, I'm due to high my first 20 mins without stopping. Anyone else did this at the weekend? I'm going I can do it.

You’ll do great. The programme has set you up for this run. Take it steady and you’ll smash it 🤛

Shakywakey is spot on, I slowed my pace and the time flew by, you’ve got this, if this old fart can do it, anyone can!

To repeat this run, the best advice is slow

And steady, was gutted when I couldn’t do this first time but listened to the advice

And smashed it second time round!!

It’s a lovely run. You’ll do fine if you start slow and stay slow. You’ve come this far, and the programme has prepared your body specifically for doing 20 minutes at this point. 😀

Best of all, you’re sure to be on cloud 9 once you’ve completed it (which you will!) It’s the first landmark run of the programme, so have fun doing it! Good luck!! 😀😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍🏻👍🏻

I just did it. All the runs leading up to it I felt elated afterwards- but this one was hard. I’m going to blame 32 degrees and high humidity. You can do it, like everyone said the program has built you up for it. Go for it.

Forgot to tell you all I did it, it was difficult though! Now on week nine and on holiday but the is a gym and I'm doing it. Thanks for all your encouragement 😊
