Any West Yorkshire peeps up for running 5K together in 9 weeks?

Hey all. Today I start Couch to 5K - I've started it a few times before but struggle to keep the momentum (I must've done Week 1 at least 5 times now!)

Anyone else local fancy joining me for 5K in about 9 weeks? I feel that setting a date and making a commitment with others will really help me to stick at it!

I'm nowhere near West Yorkshire, but there are plenty of parkrun venues in that area. You could aim to graduate on a Saturday morning at 9:00am at your nearest parkrun. parkrun.org.uk
