I completed C25K sometime last year(all just a blur now...the fanfares, the tears, the accolades lol). I had a rocky ride having a car crash and sundry illnesses and injuries setting me back. I think I had to start again 4 times..but I did it.
Then came the stumbling block what to do next? Well I intended doing a 10k plan which I did start. But work, illness and then planning retirement got in the way.
Sooo, this I in fact along winded way of saying..I AM BACK๐ถ๐๐๐. I started the 10 k plan this week. The first 7/8 weeks are exactly the same as the C25K. I was pleasantly surprised that I did n't collapse in a heap after the first few minutes...

Hello and welcome back- can you say which 10K plan you are following? I'm 'managing' various health issues but am hoping to gradually increase my distance to 10k, having graduated in Sept but got waylaid by these health matters... but back to 5k now so I'm looking for some plan to move forward with
It's the10k for pink. It is very similar to the first weeks as I said. It also lets you play your own music. But the lady is n't as encouraging as Laura๐
Well I would start round about week 7...it maybe a repeat of the latter weeks of C25K but it will lead in nicely to the more demanding sessions. But have a look at..it is whatever suits you...I need to start at the beginning to build me up again. Hope it goes well...onwards and upwards...
