Well folks I’m buzzing. Graduated C25K on Weds and did my 1st Parkrun today. And it was fab, and I ran the whole 5k in 36 mins. What a great way to consolidate my training. Loved every minute even the uphill leg at 4K. Think I’m hooked 😍😜

Thanks FlickM3. It was better than I expecting. I think there’s a kind of group energy that infects everyone. I didn’t even feel tired and yet when I run on my own, the uphill kills me. I loved it 😍

That’s impressive, especially with quite a steep, elevation gain!

Fantastic. Congratulations. I did my first Parkrun of 2018 today. I was slower than you. You did a great time and now you have a PB time to come back and beat.

Of course you are and well deserved too. I think I am now prompted to do a parkrun, having graduated in November. Very well done. Its surprisingly addictive this running lark!

It really is and I have to confess, I wasn’t sure how or if I would keep it up but doing the Parkrun has won me over completely. I can’t recommend it enough. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
