Hi All, Iβve only just discovered this forum, but Iβve been doing C25K for the past 9 weeks and so pleased to have graduated this morning!! I canβt quite manage 5k in 30 mins but Iβm so happy to be able to do 3.2k in 30 mins when 9 weeks ago I thought my heart might pop out my chest after 30 seconds π

Thank you all, yes Iβm so pleased but a little apprehensive about keeping it up even though Iβve enjoyed it so much.
Will be very cool to have my graduate badge!

Also consider joining your fellow graduates on the Bridge to 10k forum and maybe even Strength and Flex for cross training and staying injury free. You'll still see and participate in c25k posts too!
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
Ooh, look, you have a badge!!!
Eek!! The badge!! Really canβt believe I did it! Thank you. But must not and will not stop now. Thanks for the further links.
Congratulations on completing the course. I hope you have lots of happy running days to come.
Well done Mellbug, fantastic achievement!πππ Donβt worry about distance - I graduated in August but still havenβt managed 5k yet, apart from a walk/run Parkrun. Doing it in 30 minutes is but a pipe dream! But keep plugging away and Iβm sure weβll get there in the end! Happy running!
