Completed my first run - looking to loose weight ( a lot ) and improve fitness ( also a lot ). All advice welcome ๐Ÿ˜Š

My hubby ran with me, havenโ€™t risked the dogs yet - Iโ€™d probably end up tripping over them ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Welcome. See what you did there? Do it again in two days... follow the programme, go slow, learn about hydration, and trust both yourself and the guys that devised and modified the plan. Update here with anything good or not so good about your experiences as you go for support and great advice. Relax and go every run and youโ€™ll be just fine.

Running will eventually help a lot with weight, and your fitness will improve faster than you think possible... see that impossible half hour run? You can be doing it in 8 weeks from today.

Great decision to start this, well done.
