Just about to complete week 2. Foolishly, I have tried to continue whilst visiting family in Sheffield: not the flattest if places!

I loved Sheffield as a student but yes, those hills can be punishing. Especially after you've been out for a night on the tiles. Still, they will be good for building your stamina.

I ran up a hill W1R1 minute 1 of running. NEVER again lol even on small inclines I can feel the difference.

I'm not far from Sheffield,barnsley I try to plan my route so I'm walking up hill for the warm up and and back up hill to cool down I hate them too 😅 . I plan to finish the programme and then start on the hills after

The Five Wiers is a nice run. Maybe have a look at that next time you're visiting in the area.

It’s fine to leave them til graduation Sheffield is hellishly hilly! Some very good runners up there for That very reason 😃. Stocksbridge 😱
