I can't begin to tell you. I'm 53 and very overweight. I run carrying the equivalent of a small child. I run very slowly but the amazing thing is I run. Delighted doesn't cut it. 😀

Every intention of progressing now from 30mins (3k) to a 5k. I will continue to run three times a week with my group and it doesn't matter how long it takes. I can run!
