Slower times, less distance covered. It seems that this happens to the best of you so just going to try and take it in my “stride” 😃
It’s a little disappointing but I’ll have to get used to it....you can’t possibly improve time/distance on every run 🏃♂️, it’s not going to happen that way.....good runs and not so good runs .... but still runs 👍🏻
Just 3 to go!! Can hardly believe I’ve got this far, but I wouldn’t have without all your posts, questions & the wealth of helpful advice available on here, not just head knowledge, but borne of similar experiences....invaluable!!
You’ve got it. Don’t worry about getting personal bests every time. Not gonna happen. Three more runs to graduation. Take it easy, don’t push yourself into struggling on a run or injuring yourself. Once you’ve completed the plan there are things you can do to increase your speed and/or your distance. For now enjoy w9. You’ve earned it!
Hi. Yes once you’ve graduated c25k you can get on to Bridge to 10k if you like. There’s a plan on there put together by Ju_Ju_ (one of the admins) to get you running 10k in a further 8 weeks, if that’s your thing! No app though, just a simple 3 runs a week plan to follow.
Hi Vernon, when you post your graduation you will be sent a link with useful info about what to do next. They recommend you consolidate for 3 weeks before increasing time so you can try different routes etc. Once you can run 5k 3 times a week you can try juju_s plan to increase to 10k if you want. Enjoy W9
You’re doing brilliantly Vernon! Each run is different, weather, how you feel etc etc, so don’t be hard on yourself. 28 minutes of running is epic and you’ll have no issues with the extra 2 minutes on W9! 😀
