Nearly there!

Tonight I ran week9 run2. I can't believe I'm so close to finishing! On Saturday we do a park run with my running group and then have a graduation party. We did one lap of the park run on Monday and it nearly killed me. There was a massive hill in the middle and the thought of doing it twice on Saturday is a bit intimidating. But hopefully the occasion will spur us all on! Looking forward to election of graduating with around 70 others on Saturday!

  • Good luck and be sure to tell us all about it.

  • Have a great run! You deserve it after all the effort you have put in. Make sure you start off slow and when you get to your hill, chin up, shoulders down, really pump those elbows, but take really little steps! May it be the first prakrun of many. Well done - looking forwards to seeing that graduate badge. ;)

  • Wow - sounds a brilliant way to graduate!!! Good luck and listen to agedspacesnail with the hill running tip :) good luck and enjoy :)

  • I don't know how I ended up writing space snail rather than snails pace!!!!!! Going bonkers :)

  • aahhhh those ' space snails' get everywhere!

  • especially the "aged" ones :)

  • well I get overtaken by even the ' aged space snails' at the moment... in fact , at times I think there are plants that move faster than i do... there are stones in the desert that cover greater distances quicker...

  • That will be a blast! Enjoy your final run of the programme and celebrate in style. Have fun!
