I began experiencing right knee niggles last 2 runs.....hence figured I should give myself an extra rest day before attempting W8R3.
So, after taking it easy yesterday, I woke up today morning really looking forward to my last run of Week8.
Started off as usual.....concrete legs refusing to co-operate, but coming through after the Toxic 10....and I got through the remaining 18. I attempted a "hill" (okay, a slight incline) during the last 5 mins, which really pushed me as I was quite tired by then.
Knee niggles in both legs now, nothing painful or unbearable - thinking that perhaps those knee support thingies might help going forward? Do I have to wear it all the time or only when I run? Does anyone have any thoughts/similar experiences?
All in all, happy I finished Week8 on a fairly positive note.
We go away on holiday later this week, so fingers crossed I'll "graduate" in a foreign land!!! 😱😱😱 Eeeeks!! I'm not sure how I got this far.....lol!!!😅
