Run 7 done - weighed myself before I started 12st 11.5lbs - first time I've been below 13st in a long time (and 4lbs down on last week) - not really doing this for weight loss but I've lost nearly a stone since starting - more down to not drinking alcohol in December than running I'd guess.
I'm photographing football in Glasgow on Wednesday so won't get to start week 8 until Thursday - can't wait - bring it on

Fantastic!!!! I have just finished Week 8, you won't find it hard - just another three minutes running each time. Go for it!
