Have just completed w2r3 and dare I say I even enjoyed it! I followed the advise on here about slowing down and then slowing down again, I sped up my “brisk” walk and kerching! Half way round I found myself enjoying the surroundings and with a grin on my face! So thank you to everyone who posts about slowing down!
Need to work on the breathing now and not over think it!
