Have just completed w2r3 and dare I say I even enjoyed it! I followed the advise on here about slowing down and then slowing down again, I sped up my “brisk” walk and kerching! Half way round I found myself enjoying the surroundings and with a grin on my face! So thank you to everyone who posts about slowing down!
Need to work on the breathing now and not over think it!

Enjoy week 3 it's my best week yet, week 4 bit of a leg killer but only got one more run in week 4 then it's moving on. It is getting easier but it's making me feel a bit anxious as it is harder. I feel I could strengthen my legs up more
It is addictive 😁 I ran the last 2 days and want to go again but I need to rest so probably go early in the morning, I think that's when I'm at my best then it's back to work tomorrow night 😢 so can't run when I'm at work it's a stressful job and very hard also long nights
