So, I’ve just completed Week 2, Run 3 and really looking forward to the start of Week3 on Sunday! Who would have thought it! This program is sooo good for my wellbeing. So far it’s within my capability, even though I have never run before. The hardest run was the very first one. I’ve found that listening to upbeat music really helps. I’ve noticed that a few times when the program tells me to slow down to a brisk walk, I am quite surprised, having been miles away with my thoughts and the music. Fortunately I am running in a safe place.
