Just completed my second last run this morning at 7.30 am. On hols at the moment so hopefully will graduate on Friday away from my usual running surroundings. Its been a great journey from the first week, when I really struggled. So im looking forward to Friday, and then hoping to maintain and improve on my progress.

My husband and I are also due to graduate on Friday. Such a sense of achievement after struggling with even running for a minute at a time in week 1. We definitely plan to keep running 3 times a week going forward. We retired at the end of April and we haven't looked back
