A lovely run this morning, birds tweeting, sun shining, calm and quiet at 05.45. Most importantly, a good steady pace. Rest day tomorrow on ‘Graduation Eve’ then hopefully a Mortarboard by this time on Friday 😄. Have a great running week everyone 👍😁

Thanks to everyone who replied, sorry I couldn't get back to you all individually - work got in the way ! And having just got home, I need to do dinner and treat myself and DH to a glass of something chilled whilst the sun is still shining.
