I did it I finished the 9 weeks omg. If I am really honest I didn't run 3 times a week for week 8 and 9 due to back injury. I will continue running but probably only once a week as prescribed by the gp. Anyway what matters is that I did it, remember thinking that week 2 was already too hard for me 🏅🏅🏅🎉🎉🎉
