What do you hate about running? Have you lots of experience or have you just tried to run and hated it?
This is a great programme. Have a look at the guide. The way it works means that your stamina and strength increase alongside a gradual increase in moving.

Welcome I was the same when I started now I’m running 5K. It’s not a race if you need to keep doing the same weeks until you feel confident to move on

Not everyone loves running and some people never will. even on the other side of the plan it can still seem a chore. However, the benefits it brings for a few 30 minute runs a week are absolutely worth every disliked/hated step you take. And there’s no denying that finishing a run, knowing what you have just achieved, feels brilliant. So enjoy the first step and love the last. If the bit in the middle isn’t a bundle of laughs, enjoy the destination and make the best of the journey. Good luck!
