Just done w9r1, and boy did the heat hurt!I finished, mainly plodding this time, and had a slow walk back. I did notice my pace was slightly up, this wasn't intentional, but happened naturally, so I'm pretty happy about that. Still, a good run. I just wish it would cool down a little!

Well done Jundal! We both did that run this morning, and I too found it so muggy. Wednesday is looking cooler - cannot wait!
